As a keen sports woman who has taken part in sport all my life, I really know the benefits of exercise! I took my interest further studying for a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, graduating in 2002, more recently I have completed a Diploma in Personal Training. As a mother of two young children and also a rugby captain, I feel I understand and can help a wide range of people. I'll design a personalised exercise programme for you, no matter what your goals are; each programme also includes dietary analysis and advice. Your progress will be monitored along the way with fitness testing body composition analysis if you wish.
As well as private personal training, I also currently work for the NHS on the Exercise Referral Programme. I help individuals with a wide range of medical conditions to regain fitness, function and mobility, a challenge which is often difficult but extremely rewarding, especially as it makes a huge difference to their lives. I offer professional, friendly advice and I genuinely enjoy helping people reach their goals.
