  • Start today! You don't need a gym to work out. Simply increase your daily activity levels, walk to work, get in the garden, walk with the buggy. Start small and build it up.
  • It is about making a life change, you must be prepared to maintain the changes you make. Weight loss will not happen overnight, but stick with it long term and you will see amazing results.
  • Change your workout every 6-8 weeks. Your body adapts to the exercise you do until you lose the training effect. So to keep getting results push yourself out of your comfort zone and do something a bit different.
  • Keep yourself healthy, eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables per day. Cheap and easy to do so there are no excuses!
  • Monitor your portion sizes! You need less than you think.

HOOPING!

With the variety of movements in Hooping it can be

considered a full body workout and has the potential to

improve your balance and flexibility as well as improving

your core strength, toning the muscles in your back, legs

and arms.

Hooping works several of your core muscles. Your abdominal

muscles, hips, thighs, glutes (your bum), legs and knees will

all get an entire workout. Hooping around your arms will tone

your shoulders and forearms. It is also an excellent cardio

work out, essential for fat burning and increasing your fitness

level!
