Having not trained for 7 months following an injury I wanted to increase my fitness and make some lifestyle changes. Caroline's 12-week training package was perfect. She not only modified each training session to suit my fitness level and to help with my progression, she also provided fitness and diet advice between. I still can't quite believe that I am running again after only 12-weeks and I am especially delighted in the change in my dress size! I have loved training with Caroline so much I have already booked more sessions.

Caroline decided to do my Intensive package, training twice weekly for 12 weeks. From the beginning Caroline was very driven and focused on her targets, she worked very hard, following a sensible diet and exercising, even overcoming a previous back injury. She achieved an overall weight loss of 1 stone 3 pounds. Here are her other stats:


BMI: from 28.1 to 25.1

Percentage fat loss: decrease by 7.9%

Percentage muscle: increase by 4.5%

Dress size: from 16 to 12

Waist: loss of 4.25 inches

Hips: loss of 4 inches

Resting heart rate: from 63 to 53.


We are continuing to work together, even last weekend Caroline hit another target and ran 5.5 km easily and without a rest :) Well done!
